Eman Platform

The Council of Women with Disabilities and their Non-Disabled Peers, members of the Training Gate International, was established to participate in the responsibility of contributing to women, to participate in the social responsibility of advocating for enhancing the role of women with disabilities in society, and to emphasize the importance of building their capacities and providing them with the necessary skills to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by addressing the discrimination they face in various forms to reduce inequalities, and raising their awareness of their common challenges to motivate them to advocate for their issues, which contributes to ensuring their representation in various bodies. The Council’s work is voluntary, and the Council members are considered representatives of the Youth Platform, which is one of the Training Gate International initiatives.
